Three Steps for Preventing On-the-Job Injuries

March 12th, 2010

Here’s how you can help to reduce on-the-job injuries:

jobinjuries

1. Follow the rules.  Each property that you may be assigned to as a Renoir employee has safety policies.  Take the time to review these and if you have any questions, ask the property manager or your supervisor.

2. Report hazards immediately. Immediately reporting safety hazards can save you or someone else from unintentional injury.  Alert the property manager to any safety hazards that you see while on the property.

3. Look out for others. If you see co-workers doing something unsafe, let them know.

Reflections on Positive — January’s value

February 18th, 2010

During the month of January, Kimmy Wilson kept employees focused on the value of positive with these motivational thoughts:

Positive  having a good effect:  favorable <a positive role model> b: marked by optimism <the positive point of view>

“The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.”  - Author Unknown

Norman Vincent Peale, Author of the Power of Positive Thinking:

“Joy increases as you give it, and diminishes as you try to keep it for yourself. In giving it, you will accumulate a deposit of joy greater than you ever believed possible.”

“How you think about a problem is more important than the problem itself – so always think positively.”
