With over 25 years of experience in the staffing and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industries, Anne brings a deep commitment to human resources excellence. She manages our benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and employee onboarding, all with the objective in creating employee-centric environments that foster growth and satisfaction. This innovative approach and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving our organizational success! In addition, Anne takes care in prioritizing the well-being and professional development of employees, recognizing that a motivated and engaged team is the cornerstone of any successful company. Her favorite part of the work she does? “Creating efficient and unique processes that save time and make things easier for our employees and clients.”
Lia Lovelady
Director of Staffing Services
Lia has been at Renoir for over 18 years! In her current role as Director of Staffing Services, she leads the team in providing timely and professional assistance to employees and clients. Her focus is on ensuring that clients’ needs are consistently met through matching them with the most qualified employees, ensuring a seamless transition. Her favorite part of this crucial responsibility? As she says it’s in “facilitating opportunities for employees to thrive!”
Heather Olaguez
Director of Payroll and Finance
With more than twenty years experience in finance, Heather leads our accounting team with precision and sharp insight into what it takes to ensure that all matters payroll and finance are handled in the most efficient way possible. With such a large staff and little room for errors, we really rely on her attention to detail! Thankfully Heather can take this in stride as she says her favorite part of the job is “being able to work with numbers which I love because the answers are what they are! Math and the Excel program have always been favorites of mine so it makes the work easier and enjoyable.”
Kristina Satchell
Account Manager
Northern CA
Kristina has more than 20 years experience in the staffing industry and has managed the Sacramento (and beyond!) area for Renoir since 2016. Her number one priority is to match experienced employees who perfectly align with a client’s needs, promptly and professionally. She takes pride in always being available and in proactively making new connections within the industry in order to create job prospects for our employees! Her favorite part of the job is “having the ability to connect individuals with the right opportunities for them.”
Michael Rives

As our Account Manager for the Bay Area, Michael has been building highly successful teams since he joined Renoir in 2017. He takes pride in matching qualified candidates to a client’s specific needs and works hard to maintain strong relationships in the industry! His dedication comes from the knowledge that finding the right job for people so they can care for themselves and their families creates a real impact in our community. Erika has been with the Renoir team for six years and is an integral part of the company’s success in Southern California. She is passionate about ensuring clients and employees are successfully matched and enjoys making new connections through networking as well as assisting talented professionals find their next job opportunity. Among Erika’s many strengths, her customer service is unmatched, and both clients and employees enjoy the optimism and confidence she brings to her work. Since joining the Renoir team in 2016, Cynthia has played an integral role in the success of our employee pool in the Bay Area! Not only does she ensure that candidates are thoroughly prepared to work at client’s properties, she also takes great care in making sure that both client and employee have the support they need to maintain a great partnership. Being a good listener and effective communicator are two of her superpowers! Whenever a need or issue arises, our clients and employees know that Cynthia is skilled in identifying the right solution and that reliability makes her an invaluable resource to have in our industry.
Jenny Byrd

Jenny has been with Renoir for over ten years and has helped to execute our recruiting and onboarding processes with a deep understanding of how to make the experience as efficient as possible for our new employees! She has a very strong work ethic and thrives on spending each day helping her team, creating a friendly and caring relationship with employees is a priority for her. In fact, she says “it inspires me to help people who want to work find a perfect fit!”
Joi Poole
Accounting Supervisor
Joi has 25+ years of experience in all aspects of accounting. At Renoir she manages the invoicing, AP, collections and general ledger entries. Her problem-solving skills are unparalleled, and clients greatly benefit from her responsiveness and enthusiasm for going the extra mile to solve issues. Just ask her what her favorite part of the job is: “Helping our clients when they have a problem and taking care to see it resolved.”
Dani Sanchez
Lead Payroll Administrator
Dani is one of our Payroll superstars! She brings over six years experience to her role, and in addition to payroll (which is quite the feat at a staffing agency!), she also assists in UI claims. Because of her attention to detail and natural knack for keeping processes organized, not to mention being bilingual, we rely on Dani’s ability to juggle the needs of ALL our employees! Dani counts her payroll tasks and her teammates as two favorite parts of her job and we couldn’t be luckier!
Kelsey Bolstad
HR and Payroll Administrator
Kelsey has been with the Renoir Team for over five years. Her responsibilities include timesheet assistance, compliance procedures, and employee benefits, amongst many others! You’ll often find Kelsey helping out co-workers with special projects or proactively problem-solving new systems. This is where her patience and interest in building on her skill-set come in handy! Ask Kelsey what her favorite part of her job is and she says, “working with my team and with individual employees to find the best way to meet their needs.’
Jessie Williams
Marketing Coordinator
Jessie joined the Renoir team in 2011 and has since headed the Marketing department’s efforts in successfully communicating the company’s leadership in setting the industry’s high standard in employee-client matches. She takes care to reflect Renoir’s ethos of ensuring that employees are equipped with the resources they need to grow professionally. The details matter to her and she’s committed to being a reliable and responsive resource for her team! Her favorite part of the role? “I love the outreach component of my work, namely in creating campaigns and developing resources that convey Renoir’s commitment to employee well-being.”
