A couple weeks ago we held our annual All-Company Kickoff Meeting. It’s an event for us to bring all four offices together and not only review the previous year, but also share and brainstorm our new goals for the coming one. For example, each Account Executive revealed their game plan for 2013: More employees working! Reaching out to new clients! Improving our already awesome customer service! These are just a few of the many great plans they will be completing this year. And since we are a company with a heavy focus on teamwork, this meeting is always the perfect opportunity for both the corporate and sales staff to brainstorm together on how to make each moment focused on our candidates and clients! We have always believed that working together in all aspects of our business makes for a better product to offer to our industry and this year will be no exception!
We also make this meeting an occasion to have fun. This year we gathered at the Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield and after our meeting we went on a private tour of the factory. Not only was it interesting to learn how all their crazy (and tasty!) concoctions are made (and we got to sample along the way, yum!) but the tour also illuminated the importance of everyone working together to produce one amazing product. We left sugar-crazed and ready to conquer the new year- together!
