Erin Gilligan, Account Executive

Bio
Erin joined Renoir Staffing in 2010 as the Staffing Associate for the Sacramento branch and has since been promoted to Recruiter. Using her superior customer service skills, Erin serves the clientf of the Central Valley and Sacramento territories with an emphasis on commercial property management.

Experience
Erin has worked in the property management and staffing industry making her a great asset to the team. Previously, she has worked for Nelson Staffing as a Staffing Lead and at Spherion as a Client Service Supervisor where she assisted in the qualification of candidates and recruited for various administrative and clerical positions. Erin also worked as a Residential Property Manager for Golden West Property Management where she managed 350 residential rentals including multi-unit apartments, condominiums, and town houses. She was responsible for all aspects of tenant screening and office operations.

Seslie Jackson could not be a more perfect Payroll Assistant for the corporate office of Renoir Staffing. Her competence in handling the myriad tasks that cross her desk each day is astounding. Her focus and commitment in guaranteeing that payroll is complete without setbacks each week is paramount to the success of our process.

Seslie has a strong history in property management. Acting as Administrative Assistant and Leasing Agent, she has been ensuring that companies function smoothly for over five years. She has worked at several properties, including O’Neil Gardens, as well as financial houses such as the Rickenbacker Group. She comes to us directly as one of our most successful temps!

Lia joined the Renoir Staffing team in 2006 as a Business Development Associate, supporting sales efforts in the Greater Sacramento area. Her business and property management skills have benefited clients and candidates throughout the region. In 2008, Lia was promoted to Recruiter in the Sacramento branch. Her practical property management experience coupled with her knowledge of the client’s corporate culture enables her to make successful employment matches that satisfy clients and candidates.

Lia is a qualified Property Management Professional (PMP) who worked for United Dominion Realty, Pacific Capital Management and Sequoia Equities Real Estate Investment Management for five years. Marlo Morgan, Account Executive

Bio
Marlo Morgan’s mastery of the Sales Associate position has been a leading cause of the successful union between client and candidate that Renoir Staffing is so well-known for. She is pro-active, an innovative thinker, and takes great care in making sure her territory is functioning without a hitch.

Marlo is a bonafide administrative genius. Rodolfo Poblete is Renoir Staffing’s financial guru. There is no problem for which he doesn’t have a solution! He brings to this company a history of versatility with successful financial management, both of which contribute greatly not only to the smooth operation of our company, but also to the consistent and accurate handling of our client’s accounts.

Experience
Rodolfo comes straight to us from McGuire Real Estate in San Francisco where he served as Controller. Here he mastered his skills in budget preparation and execution, as well as establish a property management financial system. Previous to this position, he held several long-term roles as Controller, all of which he implemented improvements on their financial management procedures.

Karen Quennell, Account Executive

Bio
Karen joined Renoir Staffing in April of 2011. As a recruiter for the 925 area, Karen places experienced staff with property management companies who rely on her innate knowledge of the real estate industry. A former CAA GEMM award recipient for Industry Partner of the Year, she is an accredited professional who holds membership with California Staffing Professionals and the California Apartment Association.

Experience
Karen brings over ten years of staffing experience to the Renoir Staffing team. Prior to coming to Renoir, she was a Business Development Manager at JWilliams Staffing as well as the Branch Manager for Wollberg/Michelson Personnel Services, Inc., in both capacities she took a leadership role in developing new business and providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Her knowledge of the staffing industry makes her a valuable resource for property management professionals.

Mariela Ramirez, Staffing Associate

Bio
Mariela began her career at Renoir Staffing as the receptionist in 2002. She was promoted to Staffing Associate in 2004 where she used her understanding of property management staffing and exceptional customer service skills to identify and place qualified real estate staff in the South Bay.

Experience
Prior to joining Renoir Staffing, Mariela worked as an administrative assistant for a Workers Compensation law office and also held a similar position for a chiropractor’s office. In over 10 years in these positions, Mariela developed excellent organizational and customer service skills. She was awarded her California Accredited Consultant (CAC) certificate, an exceptional professional achievement in the staffing industry.

Jessie Williams, Marketing Coordinator

Bio
Jessie Williams joined the Renoir team in early 2011. As a Marketing Coordinator, she develops and supports the company in all social media efforts as well as promotional campaigns, networking events, and In-house Marketing.

Experience
Prior to coming to Renoir, Jessie worked extensively in customer service and managerial positions. She also has extensive experience in creative and professional writing, promotional campaigns, and social media policies. She received her B.A. in Early American History from Humboldt State University.
