JoElla Barkus, Accounting Assistant

Bio
JoElla joined Renoir Staffing in 2007 as the Accounting Assistant. She was introduced to Renoir as an interim employee in 2006 and was invited to join Renoir based on her exceptional performance. She processes accounts receivable and handles many internal accounting functions.

Experience
As a Senior Clerk at Kaiser Permanente, JoElla had eight years of accounts payable experience. In addition, she held customer service experience roles at Peet’s Coffee and Tea and Longs Drug Store.

Theresa Cannon, Account Executive

Bio
Theresa joined Renoir in 2010 as the Recruiter for San Francisco and the Peninsula. Theresa has over 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Experience
Prior to joining the Renoir team, Theresa worked at Manpower where she was responsible for all direct hire recruiting and client development. She also worked for Genesis Staffing, a staffing firm who specializes in direct hire, as a Senior Recruiter in charge of recruiting, placement and client relationships. Theresa was the owner and operator of TLC Staffing in Southern California for over four years. Theresa graduated from Pierce College in Woodland Hills.

La Terra Francis, Accounting Manager

Bio
La Terra Francis joined Renoir Staffing in 2007 as the Staff Accountant. As a realtor and with over 15 years of accounting experience, La Terra’s background makes her uniquely suited to support both Renoir candidates and clients. She handled all aspects of time card management and payroll administration as well as supports other functions in the accounting department. In 2010, La Terra was promoted to Accounting Manager where she manages the Renoir accounting department, actively oversees contracts and runs weekly accounting reports.

Experience
Prior to working at Renoir, La Terra worked as a branch manager, realtor and senior loan consultant for WonderAgents in Stockton. In addition, La Terra worked at several companies as a staff accountant responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll journal entries.

Erin Gilligan, Account Executive

Bio
Erin joined Renoir Staffing in 2010 as the Staffing Associate for the Sacramento branch and has since been promoted to Recruiter. Using her superior customer service skills, Erin serves the clientf of the Central Valley and Sacramento territories with an emphasis on commercial property management.

Experience
Erin has worked in the property management and staffing industry making her a great asset to the team. Previously, she has worked for Nelson Staffing as a Staffing Lead and at Spherion as a Client Service Supervisor where she assisted in the qualification of candidates and recruited for various administrative and clerical positions. Erin also worked as a Residential Property Manager for Golden West Property Management where she managed 350 residential rentals including multi-unit apartments, condominiums, and town houses. She was responsible for all aspects of tenant screening and office operations.

Bio
Lia joined the Renoir Staffing team in 2006 as a Business Development Associate, supporting sales efforts in the Greater Sacramento area. Her business and property management skills have benefited clients and candidates throughout the region. In 2008, Lia was promoted to Recruiter in the Sacramento branch. Her practical property management experience coupled with her knowledge of the client’s corporate culture enables her to make successful employment matches that satisfy clients and candidates.

Carol Martinez, Payroll Administrator

Bio
Carol began her career at Renoir Staffing in 1996 as an Account Receivables Clerk. She was quickly promoted to Accounting Supervisor, and managed the Renoir Accounting department. Carol was promoted in 2006 to Corporate Manager and is responsible for assuring adherence to internal processes and procedures, managing internal audits and leading Renoir’s continuous process improvement. In 2010, Carol transfered to the position of Payroll Administrator. In this new role, Carol handles all payroll functions such as timecard processing and adjustments.

Experience
Carol graduated from Heald Business School with a degree in Accounting. She is an active member of the American Payroll Association. Prior to joining Renoir, Carol worked for Bechtel for 15 years as a pipe support designer; she also has a strong background in engineering.

Christina Mason, Account Executive

Bio
Christina joined Renoir Staffing in 2003 as a Staffing Coordinator. She worked in the Oakland branch, assisting with placement of temporary staff, before transferring to the Sacramento office in 2004. Christina was promoted to Staffing Associate in 2006, Senoir Staffing Associate 2009, and Recruiter in 2011. Christina builds professional relationships with both clients and candidates which enable her to make highly effective matches.

Christina has been working in the staffing industry since 2001. Prior to joining Renoir Staffing, she worked as a recruiter in San Francisco, placing personnel in both the legal and medical professions. Karen joined Renoir Staffing in April of 2011. As a recruiter for the 925 area, Karen places experienced staff with property management companies who rely on her innate knowledge of the real estate industry. A former CAA GEMM award recipient for Industry Partner of the Year, she is an accredited professional who holds membership with California Staffing Professionals and the California Apartment Association.

Mariela Ramirez, Staffing Associate

Bio
Mariela began her career at Renoir Staffing as the receptionist in 2002. She was promoted to Staffing Associate in 2004 where she used her understanding of property management staffing and exceptional customer service skills to identify and place qualified real estate staff in the South Bay.

Experience
Prior to joining Renoir Staffing, Mariela worked as an administrative assistant for a Workers Compensation law office and also held a similar position for a chiropractor’s office. In over 10 years in these positions, Mariela developed excellent organizational and customer service skills. She was awarded her California Accredited Consultant (CAC) certificate, an exceptional professional achievement in the staffing industry.

Connie White, Account Executive

Bio
Connie began her career at Renoir Staffing in 2002 as a Recruiter Assistant. She quickly developed excellent recruiting and account maintenance skills, and was promoted to Account Manager in the 925 area code. Then she was promoted to Staffing Coordinator for accounts throughout the East Bay. In 2007, Connie was promoted to the Staffing Associate position and relocated to the Pleasanton branch. In 2008, she was promoted to Senior Staffing Associate serving the 510 area code from the Oakland office. In 2010, Connie was promoted to Recruiter where she will continue to service the 510 area.

Experience
Connie relates well with candidates and clients, has an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and earned an excellent track record of making effective employment matches. Prior to joining Renoir, Connie worked as a Recruiter Assistant for LoudCloud, a subsidiary of NetScape. She was a Recruiter Assistant at eBay as well. Connie also holds a California Accredited Consultant (CAC) certificate with the California Staffing Association.

Arisha Williams, Manager of Staffing Services

Bio
Arisha began her career at Renoir Staffing in 2004 as a Recruiter for the East Bay. In early 2007, Arisha was promoted to Pleasanton Branch Manager where she grew Tri-Valley business while meeting the needs of East Bay clients. In June 2007, Arisha was promoted to Senior Branch Manager in San Jose. Most recently, she was promoted to Manager of Staffing Services in the Oakland office and joined the senior management team. In this position, she manages recruiters, develops the sales training program, oversees candidate relations and works with clients to develop customized temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting solutions. Most recently, Arisha was appointed as President of the Golden Gate Chapter for California Staffing Professionals (CSP). She will be serving as President until July 2012.

Prior to joining Renoir, Arisha worked for AppleOne Employment Services as a Branch Manager for nearly two years. She also worked for Kelly Services and Madsen Staffing Services as an Employment Specialist and Account Executive respectively for over five years. Jessie Williams, Marketing Coordinator

Bio
Jessie Williams joined the Renoir team in early 2011. As a Marketing Coordinator, she develops and supports the company in all social media efforts as well as promotional campaigns, networking events, and In-house Marketing.

Prior to coming to Renoir, Jessie worked extensively in customer service and managerial positions. She also has extensive experience in creative and professional writing, promotional campaigns, and social media policies. She received her B.A. in Early American History from Humboldt State University.
