Qualification Process: To meet our clients' wide ranging employment requirements, Renoir Staffing utilizes 15 tests to evaluate candidates' skills including property management and maintenance assessments.

Background Check: Renoir Staffing checks real estate industry references by asking specific questions related to qualifications and conducts a thorough (seven year multi-county) background check on all candidates including Social Security check and county criminal search.

Drug Screening: Should you require drug screening or medical exams, Renoir Staffing will provide these services for a nominal fee.

Employee Safety: A qualified representative of Renoir Staffing will conduct a safety survey of your facility before any employees are assigned to work to ensure a safe work environment.

Insurance: Renoir Staffing carries General Liability and Workers Comp coverage and can provide Certificates of Insurance.
